I've never met a food brand that I have fallen in love with so dearly, so quickly as Beyond Meat. They're meatless products that are DELICIOUS. I've tried the ground "beef" and grilled "chicken" strips.
I usually put the "chicken" strips in salad, or just eat them alone with some Frank's Red Hot. As for the ground "beef", I mix it with some Sour Supreme (vegan sour cream) and Daiya non-dairy cheese as a sort of taco salad. SO GOOD.
But you don't have to use my ghetto recipes, because they supply you with some on their website.
